Job summary

Northwest Exterminating is seeking an Outside Sales Professional to grow our customer base and protect communities. You’ll inspect properties, quote services, and build relationships with business and residential clients.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections and provide quotes by assessing interior and exterior spaces.
• Sales and lead generation through cold calling, networking and partnerships.
• Communicate value of services and convert prospects into Northwest customers.
• Build and strengthen relationships with internal and external customers to drive satisfaction.
• Attend regular training to stay ahead of industry trends and enhance skills.
• Maintain safety-first mindset when operating company vehicles and equipment.
