Job summary

Northwest Exterminating Co., LLC is hiring an Outside Sales Professional to inspect properties, provide quotes, and drive new business in the region. You will engage with customers on-site, generate leads, and transition clients to long-term Northwest ownership while growing your career in a dynamic team.

Training salary is $3,000/month during training, with commission opportunities thereafter. A company vehicle, mobile devices, and a comprehensive benefits package are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Perform Inspections and Provide Quotes: Conduct interior and exterior inspections, then offer quotes to potential customers.
• Sales and Lead Generation: Generate new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and forming partnerships.
• Customer Transition: Communicate the value of our services and transition them into Northwest customers.
• Relationship Building: Build and strengthen relationships with internal and external customers to drive satisfaction.
• Ongoing Learning: Attend regular training sessions and continue education to stay on top of industry trends.
• Safety First: Maintain a safety-first mindset when operating company vehicles and equipment.
