Job summary

Cleft of the Rock, Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative & Trainer to build relationships with local business owners and individuals, present tailored supplemental insurance solutions, and mentor teammates in a mission-driven environment.

You will educate clients, conduct group and one-on-one sessions, and work with your manager to set growth goals while contributing to a supportive, growth-oriented team.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Health & Life or willing to obtain a license (licensing assistance provided).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on service.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with business owners, managers, and employees.
• Present supplemental insurance solutions that meet client needs.
• Conduct group presentations and one-on-one consultations.
• Train and support new team members, helping them build confidence and success.
• Follow up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and continued support.
• Collaborate with your manager to set goals and grow impact in the field.
