Cleft of the Rock is seeking an Outside Sales Representative & Trainer who will build relationships with local business owners and individuals while delivering insurance solutions that truly help. You will train and mentor teammates, share product knowledge, and drive revenue through effective client engagements in a hands-on, field-based role.

Key responsibilities include conducting group presentations, one-on-one consultations, and ongoing client follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Health & Life or willing to obtain a license; licensing assistance provided.
• Strong relationship-building and client-facing skills.
• Service-minded with ability to mentor others and train teams.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with business owners, managers, and employees.
• Present supplemental insurance solutions aligned with client needs.
• Conduct group presentations and one-on-one consultations.
• Train and support new team members to build confidence and success.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and ongoing support.
• Collaborate with manager to set goals and expand impact in the field.
