Job summary

Cleft of the Rock, Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative & Trainer to build relationships with local business owners and individuals, presenting insurance solutions and mentoring teammates in a mission-driven environment.

You will train and support new team members, conduct group and one-on-one sessions, and drive growth through consultative sales, with a compensation package that includes draw pay, commissions, bonuses, and ongoing training.
