Job summary

Cleft of the Rock is seeking an Outside Sales Representative & Trainer to connect with local business owners, assess needs, and tailor supplemental insurance solutions. You will also train and mentor teammates to help the group grow and succeed.

You will drive group presentations, one-on-one consultations, and ongoing client follow-up while engaging with a mission-driven team focused on people and purpose.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Health & Life or willing to obtain license (licensing assistance and reimbursement provided)
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust
• Mentoring and team player mentality
• Positive, motivated, and service-minded approach

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with business owners, managers, and employees.
• Present supplemental insurance solutions aligned with client needs.
• Conduct group presentations and one-on-one consultations.
• Train and support new team members to build confidence and success.
• Follow up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and continued support.
• Work with your manager to set goals and grow impact in the field
