Cleft of the Rock, Inc. in Kentucky is seeking an Outside Sales Representative & Trainer who will connect with local business owners, present supplemental insurance solutions, and train and mentor teammates.

This in-person role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with weekends as needed, a compensation package of $85,000–$105,000 per year with draw pay, commissions, and bonuses, plus comprehensive training and opportunities for leadership development.

Qualifications

• Ability to present supplemental insurance solutions to clients.
• Willingness to obtain required licenses (licensing assistance provided).
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with business owners and employees.
• Present insurance solutions tailored to client needs.
• Conduct group presentations and 1:1 consultations.
• Train and support new team members.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and ongoing support.
• Collaborate with manager to set goals and grow impact.
