Job summary

Cleft of the Rock is seeking an Outside Sales Representative & Trainer to engage local business owners, listen to needs, and offer insurance solutions that make a difference. You will also train and mentor teammates to help the team grow and succeed.

Licensed in Health & Life or willing to obtain a license, with licensing assistance provided, you will work in-person, Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend needs. Competitive draw pay, commissions, and bonuses are included.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Health & Life or willing to obtain a license (licensing assistance provided).
• Ability to build trust and lasting relationships with clients.
• Willing to train and mentor others, and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with business owners, managers, and employees.
• Present supplemental insurance solutions that align with client needs.
• Conduct group presentations and one-on-one consultations.
• Train and support new team members to build confidence and success.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and ongoing support.
• Collaborate with your manager to set goals and grow impact in the field.
