Cleft of the Rock in Tennessee is seeking an Outside Sales Representative & Trainer to build relationships with business owners and individuals while promoting supplemental insurance solutions. You will also train and mentor teammates, helping them grow and succeed in a field-based role.

You’ll engage in in-person, business-to-business and individual sales, with a compensation package featuring draw pay, commissions, and bonuses (annual salary range $85,000–$105,000).

Qualificações

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills are essential.
• Willingness to obtain Health & Life insurance licensing (licensing assistance provided).
• Experience in mentoring or training others is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Build meaningful relationships with business owners, managers, and employees.
• Present supplemental insurance solutions that align with client needs.
• Conduct group presentations and one-on-one consultations.
• Train and support new team members, helping them build confidence and success.
• Follow up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and continued support.
• Work closely with your manager to set goals and grow your impact in the field.
