Qualifications

• 1+ years in sales or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly sales performance targets within the MDU portfolio.
• Engage potential customers in non-bulk multi-dwelling unit properties with 50+ doors through door-to-door outreach to acquire new residential customers.
• Generate incremental revenue by adding Spectrum services to existing customers in assigned properties.
• Respond to customer problems and complaints according to company policy and resolve issues.
• Maintain knowledge of competitors' pricing and offers and report changes to management.
• Attend sales meetings and trainings; apply learnings to improve results.
• Accurately document dispositions, sales orders and reporting per guidelines.
• Collect and account for funds and provide receipts per policy.
