Job summary

Charter Communications, trading as Spectrum, is seeking an energetic field sales representative to acquire residential customers in non-bulk MDUs with 50+ doors. You will use a consultative approach, door-to-door outreach, and meet monthly targets while working outdoors most of the time.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent education.
• 1+ years in sales or customer service.
• Ability to communicate in English and Spanish.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets within assigned MDU portfolio.
• Engage potential customers door-to-door in MDUs with 50+ doors.
• Generate incremental revenue by adding Spectrum services.
• Accurately document sales activities and collect payments.
• Provide excellent customer experience and resolve issues per policy.
