Job summary

Charter Communications (Spectrum) seeks a door-to-door sales representative to acquire new residential customers in non-bulk MDUs with 50+ doors. You will use a consultative approach to meet customer needs and hit sales targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years in sales or customer service required.
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record per company standards.

Responsibilities

• Actively support efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and penetration goals in the assigned MDU portfolio.
• Engage potential customers in MDUs with 50+ doors through door-to-door outreach to acquire new residential customers.
• Generate incremental revenue by adding Spectrum services to existing customers in assigned properties.
• Respond to customer problems and complaints according to company policy and resolve issues.
• Maintain knowledge of competitor activities, pricing, and offers, and report changes to management.
• Attend sales meetings and training; apply learnings to improve results.
• Accurately complete required sales documentation and reporting within quality timelines.
• Collect and account for funds and provide receipts per company guidelines.
