Charter Communications is hiring a challenging, outbound residential sales representative to acquire new Spectrum customers in assigned non-bulk MDUs. You’ll use a consultative approach to meet customer needs, demonstrate value, and consistently achieve sales targets.

Expect a base pay plus incentives, with total compensation potentially over $100,000 a year. You’ll enjoy Spectrum services at no or reduced cost and opportunities for career growth within a nationwide telecom leader.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ years in sales or customer service.
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
• 2+ years sales or relevant work experience (preferred).
• Bilingual Spanish preferred (preferred).
• Understanding of communications technologies and data networking fundamentals (preferred).
• Knowledge of cable or telecommunications services (preferred).
• Experience educating consumers about products and services (preferred).
• Proven success in sales, prospecting or cold calling (preferred).

Responsabilités

• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and penetration goals within the assigned MDU portfolio.
• Engage potential customers in MDUs through door-to-door outreach to acquire new residential customers.
• Generate incremental revenue by adding Spectrum services to existing customers.
• Respond to customer problems and complaints following company policy and ensure resolution.
• Maintain knowledge of competitors’ activities and report changes to supervisor.
• Attend sales meetings and training; apply learnings to improve results.
• Complete documentation for sales activities including dispositions, sales orders, and reporting.
• Collect and account for funds and provide receipts according to policy.
