Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years in sales or customer service.
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and penetration goals within the assigned MDU portfolio.
• Engage potential customers in 50+ door MDU properties through door-to-door outreach.
• Generate incremental revenue from existing customers by adding Spectrum services.
• Respond to customer problems and complaints according to policy and resources.
• Maintain knowledge of competitors' activities, pricing, and offers in the territory.
• Attend sales meetings and training programs; apply learning to improve results.
• Complete all necessary documentation for sales activities on time.
• Collect and account for funds and provide receipts per policy.
