Job summary

Charter Communications is seeking a residential sales representative to acquire new customers in non-bulk MDUs (50+ doors) through door-to-door outreach, delivering consultative service and meeting sales targets.

The role offers a base salary plus incentives with total compensation potential over $100,000 per year, plus Spectrum services. Outdoor work in the assigned territory and participation in sales meetings are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year in sales or customer service preferred.
• Understanding of communications technologies and data networking fundamentals helpful.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and penetration goals in assigned MDU portfolio.
• Door-to-door outreach to acquire new residential customers in 50+ door properties.
• Generate incremental revenue by adding Spectrum services to existing customers in assigned properties.
• Handle customer problems according to company policy and ensure satisfactory resolution.
