Job summary

Fraza and Vitan Equipment are seeking a Field Sales Representative to drive growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding existing client relationships within the East Coast and Michigan footprint.

You will promote material handling solutions such as forklifts and aerial lifts, conduct consultative sales, prepare proposals, and maintain CRM records.

The role requires a results-driven communicator with the ability to manage complex sales cycles and travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (preferred but not required).
• Proven track record in outside sales, preferably in material handling or related industries.
• Experience with solution-based selling and complex sales cycles.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Technical aptitude to learn complex product details.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and generate new leads within assigned territories.
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet targets.
• Promote material handling products and solutions, including forklifts and aerial lifts.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients for satisfaction and loyalty.
• Conduct regular follow-ups and visits to assess customer needs.
• Provide technical and consultative support to customers.
• Prepare detailed proposals, quotes, and contracts.
• Maintain records of sales activities and forecasts in CRM.
