Job summary

Fraza and Vitan Equipment in Edison, New Jersey, is seeking a Field Sales Representative to drive growth by identifying and cultivating new business, maintaining relationships with clients, and promoting material handling solutions including forklifts and aerial lifts.

You will develop strategic plans, conduct visits, provide consultative support, prepare proposals, and maintain CRM records while traveling within the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Proven track record of success in outside sales, preferably in material handling, industrial equipment, or related industries.
• Experience with solution-based selling and complex sales cycles.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Technical aptitude and the ability to learn complex product details.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and generate new leads within assigned territories.
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Promote and sell material handling products and solutions, including forklifts, aerial lifts and more.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Conduct regular follow-ups and visits to assess evolving customer needs.
• Provide technical and consultative support to customers, ensuring the proposed solutions meet their operational needs.
• Prepare detailed and accurate proposals, quotes, and contracts for clients.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and forecasts in CRM software.
