Sunbelt Rentals is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to generate profitable business for Trench Safety within our national footprint. You will develop your assigned territory, execute sales plans, and expand the customer base while upholding Sunbelt’s safety and service standards.

You will present solutions, prepare proposals, and coordinate with internal teams to meet customer timelines. A bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of direct sales experience are required, plus a proven track record

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in equipment rental or shoring industry.
• 2+ years of direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• Strong project management and customer retention skills.
• Ability to present technical information effectively to engineers and management.

Responsibilities

• Embrace and promote Sunbelt’s safety culture.
• Develop and execute territory sales plans to expand customer base.
• Solicit business by calling on customers via phone or in territory visits.
• Prepare proposals by understanding blueprints and customer documents; ensure standards.
• Provide application solutions and promote training capabilities.
