Devine Business Group seeks a Field Sales Professional to create impact in a B2B, in-person role in Colorado. You will develop relationships with business owners, managers, and employees, presenting tailored supplemental insurance solutions while driving sales.

This independent contractor role offers $70,000–$90,000 per year with weekly draw pay, uncapped commissions and bonuses, plus mentorship, training, and leadership opportunities in a flexible, autonomous environment.

Qualifications

• Already licensed in Health & Life, or willing to obtain your state Health & Life producer license (training and reimbursement provided)
• 5+ years of post-high school professional experience, or Bachelor's degree with relevant work experience
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and resilient in a performance-based environment
