Job summary

EleFence is hiring a Sales Representative in the Austin area. This role is almost entirely customer-facing and field-based, with a mix of in-person meetings, lead follow-ups, and door-to-door outreach.

You will work with homeowners, nurture relationships, and close opportunities. Training and strong marketing support are provided to help you succeed in a flexible, performance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• No sales experience required; willingness to learn is essential.
• We will train the right person for the sales process.
• Comfortable in a field-based, customer-facing role.
• Candidates should be self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to start conversations and build relationships with homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective customers throughout the Austin area.
• Follow up with company-generated leads and qualify opportunities.
• Door-to-door prospecting and neighborhood outreach.
• Cold calling and following up with potential customers.
• Manage opportunities from first contact to close.
• Attend approximately two in-office team meetings weekly.
• Spend most time in the field engaging customers.
