AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives in North Carolina to deliver personalized, in-home experiences for customers. You’ll work independently in the field, opening opportunities with warm prospects, performing hands‑on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments and service delivery to keep customers connected.

With paid training and coaching, you’ll develop strong negotiation and communication skills, drive sales targets and enjoy uncapped commission potential, with top earners reaching six figures.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission-based outside sales experience.
• Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicle.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Sell AT&T products and services during in-home appointments.
• Demonstrate products and perform Wi-Fi assessments.
• Close deals and manage customer relationships.
