AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver personalized sales experiences directly in customers' homes across North Carolina. You will present latest technology, perform demos, and close deals with hands-on support. The role offers uncapped commission and a clear path to top earnings.

You will operate on a field schedule, attend paid training, and engage warm prospects from scheduled appointments. A valid driver’s license and flexibility to work evenings/weekends are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission-based outside sales experience.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license; willing to drive and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Sell AT&T products and services through in-home or on-site visits to customers.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations, Wi‑Fi assessments, tech delivery and issue resolution to close sales.
• Engage customers with personalized sales interactions during scheduled appointments.
• Maintain excellent customer relationships and meet or exceed sales targets.
