The role requires 2+ years of B2B sales, a reliable vehicle, and strong communication and presentation skills. Training starts at $78,000 with 30-60-90 day ramp; top performers exceed $100,000 annually with commissions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years of B2B sales/account management experience required.
• Must own a reliable vehicle with valid license and insurance.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales and margins by executing sales strategy and territory management.
• Prospect and onboard new customer accounts, including cold calling.
• Educate customers on programs, promotions, and delivery specifics.
• Review reports with store manager and identify opportunities.
• Monitor credit terms; minimize accounts receivable issues.
• Track pricing trends to stay competitive within territory.
• Identify opportunities for campaigns and new channels.
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
