Spectrum is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to directly engage with communities, convert leads, and grow the customer base for Spectrum’s internet, TV, mobile, and voice services.

The role emphasizes field-based activity with a base salary plus incentives, aiming for total compensation over $100,000 annually. Candidates must be able to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• English reading, writing, speaking and comprehension required.
• Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to listen, assess needs and tailor pitches.
• Proven drive to succeed and sales motivation.
• Willingness to travel to assigned territories.
• Familiar with consumer/enterprise devices and basic tech.
• Evenings and weekends availability.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Responsabilités

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and introducing Spectrum’s offerings.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to tailor product recommendations for each prospective customer.
• Present compelling sales proposals that align with customer needs and highlight Spectrum’s solutions.
• Complete all required sales documentation accurately, including dispositioning, order entry and reporting.
• Participate actively in sales meetings and training sessions to support team goals and professional development.
• Achieve monthly sales targets across high-speed data, mobile, landline phone and video services.
• Monitor competitors’ activities within your territory and communicate relevant information to your manager.
