Generator Supercenter of Detroit is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will run appointments, visit sites, analyze needs, prepare proposals, negotiate, and close sales while processing orders and maintaining customer relationships.

Employees may spend time at big box stores, manage displays, and follow up on leads. After 90 days, a vehicle and fuel card may be provided depending on performance and location.

Qualifications

• Must be highly motivated and target driven.
• Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
• Must have Valid TDL, Good Driving Record, Pass a Background Check and Reliable Transportation.

Responsibilities

• Run appointments with customers based on incoming leads.
• Visit customer locations, analyze needs, and prepare detailed proposals.
• Negotiate and close the sale.
• Process orders and provide documentation to office staff.
• Spend time at big box stores managing displays and taking leads.
• Follow up on older leads tracked in the system.
• Maintain positive business relationships for future sales.
• Achieve agreed sales targets within the schedule.
• Report to HQ as needed during the week.
• After 90 days, potential vehicle and fuel card benefit.
