Job summary

Pye-Barker Fire & Safety, LLC is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Allentown, PA to sell fire, life safety and security products to current and new clients, expand the customer base, and build lasting relationships.

The role requires identifying new sales leads, demonstrating product value, meeting customer needs, and maintaining ongoing communication. Travel may be necessary to cover the territory and achieve sales goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field OR at least five years of related experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains a network of sources to identify new sales leads.
• Communicates with customers to identify product needs and demonstrates solutions.
• Maintains customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management.
• Maintains detailed sales activity reports. Provides territory sales forecasts.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
