Job summary

Pye-Barker Fire & Safety is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow our customer base and promote fire, life safety and security solutions.

The role focuses on identifying prospects, building relationships with current and new clients, presenting tailored solutions, and expanding market share through effective lead follow-up and strategy. Travel may be required to service accounts and attend meetings, with an emphasis on meeting sales targets. EOE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field, or 5+ years of related experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales leads through networking.
• Understand customer needs and recommend products and services.
• Demonstrate products and services to customers.
• Maintain customer relationships and satisfaction post-sale.
