WCO Pest Control is seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to join our commercial team. You’ll meet business owners, inspect facilities, and persuade decision-makers to adopt preventive pest-control programs, with outbound opportunities and a knowledge-driven approach.

The role emphasizes building your own pipeline, door-to-door prospecting, and close collaboration with our call center and service teams. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside/B2B sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run sales appointments with restaurant owners and commercial decision-makers.
• Perform walkthroughs, identify pest-control opportunities, and present proposals.
• Close new commercial accounts and develop your own pipeline.
• Prospect door-to-door when not on scheduled appointments and seek referrals.
• Maintain organized notes and follow-up in company systems.
