PestCo is seeking a highly motivated Outside Sales Representative to drive new business in commercial pest control across Seattle and surrounding regions. This full-time role offers a base pay plus commission and a fast-paced, hunter-focused environment.

You will prospect, qualify, conduct on-site inspections, present proposals, and close deals, with regional travel required. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience (pest control, facilities services, or related field).
• Proven track record of hunting and closing new business.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to travel regionally to meet clients and prospects.
• State licensing requirements may apply.

Aufgaben

• Prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and field visits.
• Identify and qualify opportunities in target verticals (food processing, hospitality, healthcare, property management, manufacturing).
• Conduct on-site inspections to understand client needs and develop customized proposals.
• Present and sell pest control solutions to decision-makers (facility managers, operations leaders, procurement teams).
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet targets.
• Collaborate with service and operations teams for onboarding and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM tools.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory requirements.
