Job summary

Marmic Fire and Safety is seeking a Field Sales Representative responsible for growing the customer base and driving revenue within assigned territories. You will cultivate relationships, identify opportunities, and promote Marmic Fire and Safety’s fire protection solutions to meet client needs and company targets.

The role requires robust sales skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, while collaborating with marketing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–5 years field sales experience in fire protection or safety.
• Proven track record of hitting sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of fire protection products and industry regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential clients within the assigned territory and generate leads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients as their primary contact for fire protection needs.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to close sales.
• Track sales activity and report on pipeline status and performance metrics.
