Job summary

Marmic Fire & Safety Co. is seeking a National Account Sales Manager to drive sales growth and manage relationships with large national accounts.

You will collaborate with the Sales Director to develop growth strategies, participate in RFP opportunities, and build a robust customer pipeline to maximize revenue across national accounts. You will report to the Director of National Accounts and work with Sales Directors, Operations, and Branch leaders to align pricing, margins, and service contract

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales and/or service, with a proven track record in managing national accounts and developing sales strategies.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong project management capabilities.
• Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Google Sheets, Microsoft Word, and Google Docs.
• Ability to travel approximately 50% regionally/overnight to support business development and account management efforts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement growth sales strategies to achieve financial targets.
• Expand Marmic’s footprint through existing and new customer relationships.
• Manage national accounts and ensure high levels of satisfaction and successful execution of service contracts.
