Job summary

Marmic Fire & Safety is seeking a Field Sales Representative to grow the business and expand the customer base across assigned territories. You will build relationships with clients, identify opportunities, and promote Marmic Fire & Safety's fire protection solutions.

Ideal candidates have strong sales skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to manage customer relationships to achieve targets. The role requires a deep understanding of fire protection products, market trends, and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–5 years of field sales experience, preferably in fire protection.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth.
• Strong knowledge of fire protection products and industry regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential clients within the assigned territory.
• Develop strategies to generate leads, secure new business, and expand market presence.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships as the primary contact.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate terms and close sales in line with pricing guidelines.
