Job summary

U.S. Fall Protection is seeking a seasoned business development professional to grow relationships with an existing customer base across North America.

You’ll drive opportunities within facilities, divisions, and business units, while pursuing select new accounts to accelerate growth. Responsibilities include building owner and manager relationships, coordinating with internal teams, gathering project data, and expanding the customer footprint in a 300-mile radius of Florence, KY.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of successful sales experience; safety, construction, industrial, equipment rental, or related experience preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively to changing customer needs and deadlines.
• Working knowledge of OSHA 1910 and 1926 fall protection requirements preferred.
• Commercial roofing or government-project experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with building owners, facility managers, contractors, manufacturers, and other decision-makers.
• Develop territory plans, identify key influencers, and move opportunities efficiently from prospecting through close.
• Recommend appropriate fall protection products and services based on each customer’s needs.
• Generate new business through outreach, networking, marketing materials, social media, and consistent follow-up.
• Maintain accurate customer, activity, and opportunity information in the CRM.
