National Safety Apparel is seeking a Field Sales Manager to drive growth across MI, OH, KY, and WV, building relationships with end users and distributors. The role requires hunter sales skills, a track record of meeting targets, and the ability to travel frequently.

Qualified candidates have a bachelor's degree, 3+ years of sales experience, and proficiency with CRM and MS Office; compensation $125k–$140k with benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business field; education and experience considered.
• 3+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Proven success as Account Manager or Field Sales Manager or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of sales processes and dynamics.
• Excellent leadership, presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Solid understanding of sales performance metrics and reporting.
• Maintains high personal integrity, sales proficiency, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a sales strategy for NSA’s end users within a designated territory.
• Build and maintain strong positive relationships with NSA’s direct customers, providing training and motivation to encourage the promotion of NSA products to their end user customers.
• Collaborate with NSA’s Director of Strategic Accounts (DSA) to enhance strategies aimed at increasing NSA’s market share with major distributor customers through end user training and promotional programs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to effectively address customer needs and streamline sales processes.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts, while being fully aware of new products and competitive dynamics.
• Frequent travel is required.
