Qualifications

• 3+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience.
• Proven success in outbound prospecting and closing new business.
• Strong negotiation, discovery, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and close new customer accounts aligned with the assigned region.
• Drive outbound prospecting: cold calling, jobsite visits, networking, referrals, and trade events.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities at all stages in CRM.
• Lead conversations with potential customers focused on safety risk, liability exposure, and value creation.
