Rexel USA, Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join the Gexpro team in Lacrosse, WI. You will drive sales and build relationships with new and existing customers, promoting product offerings and delivering superior service.

The role requires 3+ years of sales or electrical industry experience, a valid driver's license, and a high school diploma or GED. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule with travel to nearby MN locations and opportunities to grow with a national distributor.

Responsibilities

• Sell, market, promote, and demonstrate products to customers.
• Increase business by selling to new customers and expanding product lines.
• Collaborate with leadership, team members, and suppliers to plan sales strategies and develop new markets.
• Assist customers with product selection and applications using internal specialists and supplier reps.
• Establish and maintain customer relationships.
• Coordinate sales calls with vendors and communicate throughout the purchasing lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate records of sales calls and expenses.
