Rexel USA is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join the Mayer Team in West Columbia, SC. You will drive sales growth by promoting products, building new and existing customer relationships, and collaborating with suppliers to develop markets.

You will use digital tools, manage quotations, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the purchasing lifecycle. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and product knowledge with 3+ years in sales or electrical industries.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales or electrical industry experience.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• High School or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Sell, market, promote and demonstrate products; communicate features and benefits.
• Grow business by selling to new customers and add-on sales.
• Collaborate with leadership and suppliers on sales strategies and new markets.
• Assist customers with product selection using internal specialists.
• Establish and maintain customer relationships.
• Analyze customer operations to tailor solutions.
• Coordinate quotations and ongoing communication throughout purchasing lifecycle.
• Resolve payment issues with management, credit and customers.
• Report market trends and competitive information to management.
• Participate in training, promotions, and sales meetings.
• Maintain records of sales calls and expenses.
• Coordinate sales calls with vendors to demonstrate products.
• Use digital tools to gain competitive advantage.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
