Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years’ experience in equipment rental/construction required.
• Proficient with MS Office and CRM software; strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Makes regular visits to the job sites of existing customers.
• Visits offices/job sites of former and potential customers to explain Maxim’s capabilities.
• Establishes, grows, and maintains local customer relationships with seamless service.
• Coordinates office visits, site visits, and planning meetings with Branch Manager and/or RSMD.
• Prepares bids and provides technical advice on crane types and lift solutions.
• Advises on asset availability by timeframe and location.
• Advises on crane lifting plans (3D lift planning).
• Resolves disputes related to customer issues.
• Functions as the primary liaison between the customer and Maxim Crane.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
