Job summary

Barnhart is seeking a Crane & Rigging Sales Representative to develop customer relationships and grow revenue by delivering crane, rigging, and lifting solutions for industrial and commercial projects in the Northeast United States. You will work with customers to assess needs, develop proposals, and coordinate execution with operations and field teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in industrial sales or related field.
• Strong business development and relationship management skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and interest in crane, rigging, and lifting solutions.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Identify opportunities for crane, rigging, and lifting services.
• Conduct customer meetings and site visits to evaluate project requirements.
• Prepare estimates, proposals, and lift plans.
• Collaborate with operations, dispatch, and field teams to ensure successful execution.
• Develop new business opportunities while growing current accounts.
