The role involves extensive travel, achieving annual gross margin targets, handling customer issues, and participating in trade shows and sales meetings. Base pay is $45,000 with commission eligibility and a FAVR vehicle reimbursement program, plus strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience required.
• 2+ years experience preferred.
• 4 year degree preferred Knowledge of business administration, sales, and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed annual gross margin budget by promoting and selling products in territory.
• Handle customer complaints promptly and report potential claims.
• Monitor local competition and market conditions.
• Carry out sales and merchandise programs and suggest new stock.
• Maintain current customer records and reports of business transactions.
• Assist in collection of past due accounts.
• Participate in training sessions, trade shows, and sales meetings.
• Demonstrate products after sale when necessary.
