Carrier is seeking a seasoned Field Sales professional to drive growth for Automated Logic by managing local territory accounts, visiting job sites, and partnering with contractors and building owners. You will lead take-offs, bids, and on-site presentations to secure new projects and expand margins.

The role requires 2+ years in B2B sales or account management, capacity to travel locally, and a related bachelor's degree (preferred).

Qualifications

• 2+ years of direct B2B sales or account management.
• Ability to travel locally across the assigned territory.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Construction Engineering, Business, Finance, or related discipline (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Visit job sites and customer facilities to grow territory accounts.
• Develop partnerships with contractors, engineers, and facility owners.
• Perform take-offs and bid projects using ALC offerings.
• Negotiate scope, pricing, and terms to close deals.
• Deliver on-site presentations to owners and project managers.
• Track opportunities using CRM and document milestones.
