Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside sales experience in building materials, construction, or a related field.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel throughout MD & PA and manage a territory.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with contractors, builders, architects, and distributors to generate new business opportunities.
• Hunt for new business and grow your territory across MD and PA.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and site visits to support design and specification.
• Represent York Building Products at trade shows and networking events.
• Prepare quotes, bids, and proposals and collaborate with estimating and operations teams to close deals.
• Maintain CRM data, sales activity, forecasts, and customer information.
