Platinum Pest Solutions Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow our commercial pest control footprint. You will prospect, build relationships with decision-makers, and close new business across multi-family, industrial, and commercial properties.

The role offers a base salary with uncapped commissions, a full-time hybrid schedule ( Milwaukee office 1 day/week plus field travel), and benefits including health, dental, vision, life, 401(k), PTO, and EAP.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven hunting and closing track record.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record; willing to obtain state pesticide licensure within 90 days.
• Strong negotiation, self-management, and ability to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Drive New Business: prospect and generate leads through field outreach and referrals.
• Conduct On-Site Assessments: perform facility inspections and tailor service proposals.
• Close Deals: present solutions, negotiate terms, and hit monthly targets.
• Maintain Pipeline: log outreach and deal status in the CRM.
• Ensure Smooth Onboarding: collaborate with operations to start new clients smoothly.
