American Pest, a trusted Mid-Atlantic leader with over 100 years in the industry, is seeking a Commercial Sales Representative to build a personal book of business. You will prospect within your territory, develop new relationships, and tailor pest management solutions for commercial clients.

This hunter role rewards performance with uncapped commissions and a take-home vehicle. You’ll manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing, using Hubspot CRM and strong presentation skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience in sales/sales support
• At least 1 year in sales/sales support or account-based customer management
• Experience with a web-based CRM (Hubspot preferred)
• Strong time management, communication, and customer-focused skills

Responsibilities

• Build your own pipeline and develop relationships with commercial customers
• Identify opportunities, open doors, and convert conversations into long-term partnerships
• Prospect within your territory and network with local businesses to grow the book of business
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to close using Hubspot CRM and proposals
