Job summary

Pro-Active Pest Control is hiring an Outside Salesperson to evaluate customer properties and provide specialty services quotations. You’ll be responsible for generating leads, ensuring service quality, and maintaining customer relationships.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a self-motivated attitude, and the ability to work independently. This full-time role includes salary and commission opportunities with a total compensation range of $70,000 – $120,000+ annually based on performance.

Qualifications

• Pest control, construction, home services, or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to perform physical job duties including walking, lifting, crawling, and climbing.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residential and commercial properties for specialty pest control services.
• Prepare and present accurate service quotes and recommendations.
• Close out service tickets accurately and timely using company systems.
