You will identify prospects, conduct on-site inspections, present tailored pest control programs, and negotiate contracts with key decision-makers.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of B2B sales, a hunter mentality, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a hybrid Lansing office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of B2B sales experience with a proven hunter mentality.
• Ability to obtain state pesticide license within 90 days of employment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business in target industrial/commercial sectors.
• Conduct on-site inspections and present tailored pest control solutions.
• Negotiate service agreements and close deals to meet sales targets.
• Maintain CRM records and report on pipeline progress.
