Placements24 is seeking a motivated Sales Representative for the Welkom area to promote agricultural equipment, parts, and services to farmers and agricultural businesses. You will build relationships, generate leads, and close deals to meet ambitious targets.

The role requires strong communication, knowledge of farming needs, and willingness to travel, with CRM proficiency and a drive to succeed in a commission-based environment. A valid driver’s license is essential.

Formación

• Proven sales experience in agriculture or heavy machinery.
• Strong knowledge of farming practices and equipment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport with clients in rural settings.

Responsabilidades

• Promote and sell agricultural equipment, machinery, parts, and services to farmers and businesses in Welkom region.
• Develop and maintain relationships through regular communication and farm visits.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical information.
• Generate leads via networking, prospecting, and referrals.
• Process orders accurately and ensure timely delivery.
