Placements24 is seeking a Field Sales Representative to cover the Queenstown, Eastern Cape region. You will promote agricultural products, build strong farmer relationships, and provide technical support to improve productivity and sustainability.

You must travel extensively, understand farming practices, and leverage CRM tools to meet regional targets. A driver’s license is required and a related degree is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Proven sales track record in agriculture or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of farming practices and crop management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell agricultural products to farmers, cooperatives, and agri-businesses.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to hit regional targets.
• Visit customers regularly to build relationships and provide consultations.
• Provide technical advice on product application and best practices.
• Identify customer needs and propose suitable solutions from the portfolio.
• Organize product demonstrations, field days, and trainings.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine strategy.
• Manage sales reporting, forecasting and administrative tasks.
