Tarheel Contractors Supply, Inc. is seeking outside sales representatives to cover Atlanta, Rocky Mount, and Baltimore regions. This full-time remote role involves building new business and servicing existing clients with proactive communication and strong product support.

The position requires hunter mentality, heavy travel, and occasional overnight stays. You will present solutions, deliver materials, and collaborate with teams to meet sales targets while upholding the company’s values.

We are an end-to-end outfitter for the Horizontal Directional Drilling industry looking to hire multiple outside sales reps in the following areas:

-Atlanta GA (Covering all of Central GA area, From Macon GA North and all of surrounding ATL)

-Rocky Mount NC (Covering all of Eastern half of NC from Greensboro East)

-Baltimore MD (Covering all of Maryland, Delaware, and New Jersey).

Candidates need to live in the coverage area of the role they are applying for, and be ok with daily travel and 1-2 overnights per week as needed to cover the territory.

Role Description

This full-time remote role as an Outside/Field Sales Representative involves engaging with potential and existing clients to develop business opportunities and foster strong relationships. The role also includes regular communication with team members and customers to achieve sales goals while representing the company’s values of responsiveness and support.

This is a hunter type sales role, with a strong focus on cold calling and finding new business within a new territory. This role requires wearing many hats, including selling, onsite jobsite support for customers, delivering materials, and other technical product support.
