Techtronic Industries (TTI) is seeking a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive market share growth with The Home Depot across the United States. You will execute retail strategy, perform product demos, analyze data, and build strong relationships with store teams to maximize sell-through.

This full-time, on-site role requires travel, lifting up to 50 lbs., and flexibility for nights/weekends. Compensation includes hourly pay ($24.04–$25.96), a vehicle allowance, company devices, and

Qualifications

• Willingness to work in a fast-paced field environment.
• Ability to work nights and weekends as needed.
• Must be at least 21 years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license for at least one year in one state.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets at The Home Depot by delivering B2C sales and customer service with product knowledge.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks.
• Support and implement strategic brand marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and sell-through.
• Leverage data analytics (Power BI) to drive merchandising decisions and optimize in-store impact.
• Build and maintain relationships with Home Depot store teams to enhance in-store execution.
